New spring starters at La Quinta Almena

Spring is synonymous with renewal, and in our kitchen it is no different. Every year, we eagerly await the arrival of seasonal products that allow us to refresh our menu.

This year, wild asparagus from the Sierra de Cádiz and artichokes from the Sevillian orchards are the undisputed stars. We prepare them simply to respect the product: grilled with extra virgin olive oil, in light tempura, or as part of fresh salads.

We have also added the first tender broad beans of the year, which we serve sautéed with Iberian ham and a touch of mint.
